I have adopted e4 build I20100416-1515,
and tagged the following additional changes for 4.0 stream build #45:

The map file has been updated for the
following Bug changes:
+ Bug 305586. [Model] Model tweaking
round 3 (FIXED)
+ Bug 309183. [core] API: clean up exception
propagation in DI and contexts processing (FIXED)
+ Bug 309253. [Compatibility] Title
bar not updated with current perspective name (FIXED)
+ Bug 309512. SWTException thrown when
closing all editors including a PDE editor (FIXED)
+ Bug 309522. Update org.eclipse.platform's
LegacyIDE.e4xmi to the new model (FIXED)
