[e4-dev] NLS in the e4 Model

Hi,

This goes together with the previous mail because I can't remember us
having discussed this.

How do we plan to address NLS support in our e4-Workbench-Model.
a) We see NLS as a Decoration like * for dirty-Parts, ... => if a label
   starts with %... will be pushed through a yet to
b) We model them as extra attributes
