[e4-dev] [releng] M5 candidates, 14:00, 15:00 - HEAD closes for developm

Please make sure that everything you expect to see in e4 M5 is in the
12:10 build [1].


We have one more e4 build at 14:00 EDT which will be the M5 candidate
build.  The 14:00 will contain the last few fixes to support the 4.0
build [2] happening just after 15:00 EDT.  The 4.0 build will be our
candidate preview for a self-hosting build.  Not everything works :-)
but don't worry about that.

Do not submit any code to HEAD after 14:00 (e4) or 15:00
(compatibility workbench, org.eclipse.ui.workbench) unless it is a
serious problem for M5.  If so, please co-ordinate with John, Boris,
and myself on the e4-dev list.
