Well we have https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=305586 which
will introduce probably major changes and to limit work we should do all
this changes in one pass. So please at least link your bug to this one
or add the comment there.

I more and more get the feeling that we should use sub-packages though
there might be tools who'll have problems with it.
