UI changes for Bug 304945 broke the E4EventPublisher, so I've released
a fix (it was a simply interface rename).

tagged v20100308-1000

The map file has been updated for the following Bug changes:
+ Bug 304437. [EAS] preferences (NEW)
+ Bug 304945. [EAS] proposal for a simple way for clients to listen to
events (NEW)
