[e4-dev] e4 1.0 M4 is Friday, Feb 26th - build submission instructions

In case it wasn't obvious from John's N&N email request, this week is
our M4 week [1]

I'm running a build this morning, and I've started up builds every
night this week at 21:00 EST.

Build submissions.  I will only be doing build submission for
org.eclipse.e4.ui/server/runtime/compatibility this week.  Each team
is responsible for its own build submissions:

org.eclipse.e4.resources: Eduard/Szymon
org.eclipse.e4.languages; Simon/Michael
org.eclipse.e4.tm: Hallvard
org.eclipse.e4.xwt: Yves

See [2] for instructions on how to use the Team>Release tool with your
releng project.  The releng tools are included in the e4 SDK zips.
They can also be installed from your matching eclipse SDK update site
using Help>Install New Software.  Or the director if you're so
inclined (I can provide an example if you would like :-)
