[e4-dev] removing unused org.eclipse.ui.* bundles

When experimenting with compatibility early in 0.9 we forked UI
projects in org.eclipse.e4.ui/bundles

org.eclipse.ui
org.eclipse.ui.ide
org.eclipse.ui.ide.application
org.eclipse.ui.workbench

These were never used (we ended up using a fragment in 0.9, and the
resources UI work was done under org.eclipse.e4.resources/bundles)

We're currently working on compatibility in
org.eclipse.e4.compatibility and so I'm going to remove these unused
bundles in org.eclipse.e4.ui.  If you have any concerns, please
respond to the list or comment on the bug:
