[e4-dev] Revise milestone schedule?

With our revised M3 date of January
15, our remaining e4 milestone schedule is as follows:

M4  Feb 19 - 5 weeks
M5 April 2 - 6 weeks (inc. EclipseCon)
M6 May 21 - 7 weeks

Note that April 2nd is the week immediately
after EclipseCon, which many e4 committers will be busy with. It is also
Good Friday which is a holiday in several countries where e4 is being developed.
Feb 15th, the Monday of M4 week, is also a holiday in much of Canada. Therefore
I suggest we change this to:

M4  Feb 26 - 6 weeks
M5 April 9 - 6 weeks (inc. EclipseCon)
M6 May 21 - 6 weeks

This gives us a more even milestone
schedule, and avoids milestones on holidays and immediately after EclipseCon.
It also doesn't shift our overall schedule as we still arrive at M6 on
the same date. Thoughts?
