So what would be kind of cool is to compare your changes with the kind of changes Elias had to make in 3.5 stream...

Hi Susan,

I've done this already multiple times because all my presentations about
e4 end with a demo where the AddressBook-Demo from Kai is rendered with
a Ribbon and a PShelf.

It's quite likely that this code doesn't compile anymore against the
latest HEAD-Revisions but updating it to get in sync with HEAD shouldn't
be a problem.

I've never committed this to e4-CVS because of IP-Issues when using the
Ribbon anyways the code is available from my personal SVN-Repository [1].
