Hi,

1. In Eclipse Projects you select [View] for the eclipse.e4 project
2. You click on [nominate]
2. Enter Mail-Address from Olivier
3. Hit Search
4. You enter the Nomination-Text
5. Hit Save

But probably I was doing it wrong but that would be the normal process
(So waiting until others say that this is the right process is
probably). I guess it has something to do with my committer memberships
and project lead positions.
