[e4-dev] [releng] All Teams: give a go for 1.0 M2

All teams need to give a +1 on the bug for 1.0 M2.

If we need to re-spin the build the team needs to post the request to
e4-dev@xxxxxxxxxxx with:
1) bug number
2) the problem if we don't fix it and
3) the risk of the fix.

I'd like to get all of the approvals or re-spin requests by 12:00 EST on Friday.
