[e4-dev] important reminder - use e4 SDKs

If you are developing for e4 you should be downloading and using each
week's I build (similar to staying on top of 3.6 I builds).  The e4
SDK builds are a 3.6 I build + EMF SDK + XML Editors and Tools + GEF +
our plugins.  Soon I'll be adding the Releng tools by default as well.

You should be able to develop the contacts demo and photo demo in a
workspace using the e4 SDK.  As well, you should be able to develop
with the e4 plugins checked out in your workspace.  If this is not the
case, we need to open bugs and get it fixed ASAP.  Patches accepted
:-)
