Yes, you need to 1) add it to your PSF file in
releng/org.eclipse.e4.tm.releng and 2) open a bug at
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/enter_bug.cgi?product=E4&component=UI&short_desc=[releng]
to request it be added to your feature and map (although you can do it
yourself if you know how :-)
