[e4-dev] [releng] *IMPORTANT* e4 SDK to work with e4, not hosted on e4

With some of the changes to the model and with the work to turn the
compatibility layer from prototype to production code, the
compatibility layer has stopped functioning.

So for the next 2 milestones, I've changed the e4 SDKs [1] from a tech
preview hosted on e4 to a development kit that contains everything you
need to develop e4 applications.

I need 3 things from the community:

1) please pick up the e4 SDK I builds to work on your e4 code.
They're basically Eclipse SDK 3.6 I builds with e4 code/source, EMF
SDK, and XML Editors and Tools already installed.  If something
obvious is missing, please open a bug [2]

2) the main section of the about dialog is empty ... how do I put
information back in it?

3) We need to change the branding so it is clear that this is an e4
development bundle, not actually hosted on e4 (since we don't want
people to think we've suddenly solved our compatibility problems, it's
quite the opposite :-)

For help with #2 or #3, please comment or supply patches on bug 293071 [1]
