Hi Eduard,

I will not be able to see you and your presentation on ESE'09.
I would like to see/talk about current proposals and implementation. Since
we don't maintain our e4 resources calls right now,
we can have the conversation in the bug.

When the IP clearance is done, we could perhaps start working on it in the
e4 repo.

Hi all,

I was following the flexible resources work in e4 with great interest and
would like to take part on next steps in improving Eclipse resource
management.

I have filed a feature request in Bugzilla (
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=292197) to extend resource
management towards integration of REST repositories. I have developed a
prototype implementation with some SAP colleagues that I will publish after
passing SAP-internal IP clearance.

I will give a short talk at ESE'09 (
https://www.eclipsecon.org/submissions/ese2009/view_talk.php?id=882 ) about
the topic. And I would be glad to meet some of you in person at ESE to talk
about resources stuff.
