I'm running an I build at 14:15 this afternoon, and the regular one tonight at 21:00 EDT The builds have been re-configured to build against the latest I build for Eclipse/Equinox, EMF, GEF, and WTP (XML Editors and Tools and JSDT). These builds should be installable in http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/drops/I20090923-1538/index.php, for example.
