[e4-dev] JavaScript bundles with E4 0.9?

Is it already possible to build the JavaScript bundles mentioned above  
with the E4 0.9 download?

If not, I'd rather wait until it is simple enough without too much of  
a hassle.

If yes, is there some more information available somewhere? If I  
succeed in my endeavors I can blog about it so that others profit from  
my experiences.
