This build contains some interesting progress:

* the platform zips are now styled when they come up
* File>New, Import..., and Export... work
* the preferences work, but not Window>Preferences
* Help>Install new software... (the last one :-) works

The actionSet part of menus are still a mess, but I'm working on it.

Coming in the next build:

* support for opening another perspective and switching between them
* a live model viewer
