Still no tests, but the build is good and contains platform zips.
Running a platform eclipse will launch an e4 workbench hosting a
compatibility perspective.  Right now I've got linux-gtk, win32, and
cocoa x86.

Eric is writing up a wiki of what is currenty supported, like using
the Repository view to check out e4.  We're working on the menu items
and views that don't currently work.
