[e4-dev] [releng] Provide a go on the 11:30 build (action required)

11:30 will be our final build towards e4 0.9 M2 (barring any rebuild requests).

The build is usually available on the server about 45 minutes after.
All teams listed need to check out the build (and their tests), and
then give a go on https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=269501
 It's important that you respond on the bug so I can promote the
build.

SWT
UI (modelled, CSS, compatibility)
XWT
Languages
Server
