The tests for o.e.ui.ide are (for historical reasons) part of the UI test suite. Contributions are always welcome of course, and who knows, maybe someone would be willing to split the tests into those pieces that test o.e.ui and o.e.ui.workbench and those pieces that test o.e.ui.ide.
