From the top of my head though...

1) label all downloads/features/plugins with (incubation)
2) add the incubation logo to the e4 website
3) make sure the "about this project" link appears in the nav
4) email the emo@eclipse to say that you conform to the incubation branding

I just noticed that e4 is listed as non-conforming incubating project at: http://www.eclipse.org/projects/listofprojects.php

Does anyone know how we can become conforming?
