Hi Brian,

as discussed following model plugins
do have the "model" folder included as part of the binary build.

the model folder usually contains the
Rose mdl/XSD genmodel and ecore files.

org.eclipse.datatools.enablement.ingres
org.eclipse.datatools.enablement.sybase.asa.models
org.eclipse.datatools.modelbase.dbdefinition
org.eclipse.datatools.modelbase.derby
org.eclipse.datatools.modelbase.sql.xml.query

the fix is to update the build.properties
of each of these plugins. let me know if the update needs to happen for
Galileo.
