I'd like to deliver the fix for BZ 234104 ( https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=234104
) and BZ 233114(https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=233114),

The BZ 234104 description:

If multiple threads access the loadDatabaseDefinition method of
DatabaseDefinitionImpl at the same time, it may load multiply times
DatabaseVendorDefinition from xmi file and cause the cached
PredefinedDatatypeDefinitions to be inconstant with those of
databaseVendorDefinition.
"

The BZ 233114 decription: 
"Add external string for perference page in question"
