[dtp-pmc] DTP 1.6M5 Candidate Build Available

The DTP 1.6M5 candidate build (date: 20080206) is now available on the
download site. Following the DTP sign-off policy:

I ask for testing of this build in consideration of promotion to M5 status,
and for the DTP project leads to report their determinations to
dtp-pmc@xxxxxxxxxxx according to the sign-off policy by the end of this
Friday (2/8).
