The only change in this build is an update to the o.e.d.enablement.oda.xml.ui plug-in to address BZ214307 (https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=214307). Feature definitions (o.e.d.enablement.oda.designer.feature and o.e.d.enablement.feature), the source bundle (o.e.d.source) and the SDK feature (o.e.d.sdk) have been update to reflect this change as well.
