Hi PMC,

 I'd like to include the fixes
for the following bugs in RC4.  These are all minor plugin cleanup
items.

191763 and 191765
    Remove IBM builder references

    I don't know what the
com.ibm.sse.model.structuredbuilder is, let alone how it got into the .project
files for the SQL Query model.  I'll remove that <buildCommand>
section of these .project files.
