[dtp-pmc] Petition for inclusion of BZ 192669 in DTP 1.5 RC4

Hi all...

We'd like to petition to for BZ 192669
to be included in RC4. The issue is with the Oracle 10 driver definition
specified in Enablement. The jar listed is for the older JDK jar, not ojdbc14.jar
which works with JDK 1.4 and 1.5. We think this may be a usability issue
for 1.5 for those people using Oracle with DTP.
