191721: Generic SQL parser cannot separate
statements correctly

which I think should be included in
RC3 as well.

        Here're
some bugs in SQL Dev Tools which we'd like to ask for DTP PMC's approval
to checkin:

130887: the reporter said it's more
reasonable to use 'UTF-8' as the default encoding compared with the system
default, it's a trivial change, i just change 
the default value to 'UTF-8', thus wont affect other parts.

185443: complains when the user hovers the mouse on the query text box
in SQL Results view it will automatically gain 
focus. I just
remove the code to automatically set focus, wont affect other parts.

189179: Export Format Options preferences page delimiter value truncated
This is caused by the text length limitation. I enlarge the limitation
and now it works fine.
