[dtp-pmc] petitioning for inclusion of BZ 192550 in DTP 1.5 RC4

Hi all...

While doing some testing internally,
we discovered that the SQL Server 2005 support in DTP Enablement was less
than ideal. 

The
SQL Server 2000 support (using the 2000 driver) lumped all SPs & UDFs
together as UDFs, which was causing issues when you tried to edit one.

And SQL Server 2005 support (using the 2005 driver) was less than optimal
also. We could only get as far as the catalogs level. 

We have a patch that enables us to separate UDFs & SPs for both 2005
& 2000 and drill in to see routines, tables, views, and so on in 2005.

And we'd like to include this fix in
DTP 1.5 RC4 if possible.
