Hi all...

Another BZ entry we'd like included... While testing the context sensitive help links in Connectivity, we discovered that if the doc contexts jar was jarred, we were unable to retrieve the properties files for context IDs and search keys from it. So this bug includes a patch to fix that problem, as well as an issue we found with the TrayDialog not popping out the help tray if the dialog was not set to resizable. So we set the Import profiles dialog now to be resizable, so it too has a functioning help tray.
