[dtp-pmc] Proposed Change to modelbase SQL Model

The following details a proposed change
to the SQLModel within the DTP modelbase project. This proposal was prepared
and reviewed by DTP committers.

The purpose of the change is to add support for catalog objects to the
base SQLModel.  Catalog objects are named collections of schema.  Catalog
names
are used to qualify the names of certain database objects (e.g. catalog.schema.table).
 This change is intended to better align the SQLmodel with the ANSI/ISO

SQL specification.

The review period from (7/12/06 - 7/19/06)

A migration document will be followed
up and posted on DTP WIKI to cover:

        Short
term - Identifying the migration path within DTP project.
         
      - DTP SQLModel change for this proposal
         
      - DTP code contribution change to reflect
the model change.
        Long
term - Provide migration guide from WTP to DTP.
