[dtp-pmc] DTP 0.9 RC5 6/16 build

The DTP 0.9 RC5 6/16 build is now on the download site, but I'm having some
trouble getting the web site to update for this information. Here's the

If no serious bugs that must be fixed are found by 5:30 EST today, then
we'll promote this build to RC5 and send it to the update site in
preparation for synchronization with Callisto on Monday.
