[dtp-pmc] Date of final RC5 build

Currently we have 6/19 (Monday) set for our RC5 build. In order to allow
update site mirroring, I'd like to consider Friday's build (6/16) as the
RC5 candidate, and push that out to Callisto on 6/19. If serious problems
are found in the 6/16 build, that gives us a little time to correct them
before we start to hold up Callisto.

Any objections to this?
