I think the bug cited below is fine for today (and we should strive to
clear up the extra "apply defaults" stuff), but the future will likely have
move categories under "Connectivity," so I wouldn't want to rename it at
the moment. Let's just keep things where they are for the moment and talk
to the community going forward to figure out the best solution.

There is another bug pending which suggests the categories "Connectivity"
and "Driver Definitions" are too vague. I'm not sure if we want to address
these issues together or leave things as they are for now (after Brian's
change).
