I propose specifying the location of the instance document within the
dbdefinition extension point.  This will ensure that the correct document
is loaded.  It will also deprecate the use of the EMF uri_mapping
extension.  I'll remove the EMF extensions as they may interfere with WTP
(i.e. WTP might load DTP's dbdefinition instances).

Please let me know if the above solution is acceptable, as this would be an
API change.
