Based on feedback from the team today, I propose that we feature freeze
with next Wednesday's (3/1) build.

There are a number of features in DTP that we would like to complete for
0.7, so I propose that we postpone the feature freeze (originally scheduled
for 2/24) until next Wednesday (3/1) or Friday (3/2), depending on feedback
from the team over the next few days.

Our API freeze would remain 2/24 along with Callisto.
