[dtp-pmc] DTP PMC meeting minutes for 9/29

> Discussed the scheduling effort and a proposal to have multiple
iterations within a milestone. Decided to present this idea for
consideration to the project leads.
> Discussed what, if any, high level documentation should be provided as
part of DTP. Examples include use cases and user stories. Decided to
discuss further with the DTP committers at a later date.
> Decided to form DTP architecture, planning, and requirement councils.
John will request mailing lists for each of these and set up initial
meetings and announcements.
> John has been talking to Progress Software, and they are very interested
in working on DTP. Areas/scope of contribution to be decided later, but
some examples floated included a db schema editor and other SQL development
tools.
Next meeting is Thursday, October 6, at 5EST.
