[dtp-plan] DTP Planning Council: Call for membership

Welcome to the Eclipse DTP Planning Council mailing list. The purpose of
this Council is discuss high-level planning issues for both current and
future DTP releases. Potential topics include DTP-external dependency
mapping and future DTP components/subprojects.  We plan to hold monthly
conference calls (details to be announced on this list early next week),
and membership is open to anyone interested.
