Brian Fitzpatrick has expired the commit rights for Der_Ping Chou (dpchou).
 The reason for this change is:

Der Ping has gone on to different projects at IBM, and we thank him for his
service to DTP since its inception.

To honor Der_Ping Chou's contributions to the project, Brian Fitzpatrick
has nominated Der_Ping Chou for Committer Emeritus status.
