[dtp-dev] Commit rights for Eden Klein have been expired

Brian Fitzpatrick has expired the commit rights for Eden Klein (eklein). 
The reason for this change is:

Eden was instrumental in helping with a number of Enablement projects, but
has left Zend and not been active in the community since then.
