The call is going out that the EMF team
would like to stop including SDO in their builds.

Where in DTP do we currently use EMF
SDO? Can it be factored out?

Hi,

Will anyone care if we stop contributing SDO to Galileo?  Please use
this bug for discussion:
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=251402
The idea is to eliminate it gradually, stating by removing
it from Galileo, eventually not building it at all, and ultimately deleting
it from CVS. 

Your silence will be interpreted as confirmation of its irrelevance.
