Fw: [dtp-dev] Reminder about impeding deadline for 1.6.1

Hi all...

Our friends at Zend have asked that we consider some additional bugs for inclusion in 1.6.1. Though I doubt we'll have time to get them all addressed, can I please have folks take a look today?

I'm working on 246684 already...

Can anybody else take a look? Thanks.

Hi Brian,

DTP 1.6.1 deadline is Sep. 18th I would like to ask if the following patches and bugs can be committed to this build:

id
assignee
subject
246684 dtp.connectivity-inbox@ecli... jar list separator should NOT be system dependent
246681 bpayton@xxxxxxxxxx Tables and fields are prefixed with an erroneous schema name
212873 dtp.enablement-inbox@eclips... Mysql wrong sql generation
213147 bpayton@xxxxxxxxxx TDE: Support editing a table by double-clicking on it
212876 ootsuka@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx missing validation for new table wizard
213925 ootsuka@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx modifying the name of the primary key in the create table wizard ends up being null

the first one is something that Eden is on, and the rest of the bugs include patches that make allot of difference in terms of usability.

Please let me know if you think that we can do more so these patches will be included.
Thanks,
Roy

[dtp-dev] Reminder about impeding deadline for 1.6.1

Hi all...

Just a quick reminder about the impending deadline for DTP 1.6.1.

We'd like to have all development wrapped up by Thursday, September 18, by 5am Shanghai time. So that is 1pm PST, 2pm MST, Noon EST our time in the states (use the world clock to find your own timezone if I didn't include you :) http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?month=2&day=29&year=2008&hour=5&min=0&sec=0&p1=237)

Keep in mind that any work done between now and then must go through a PMC approval process as documented on the 1.6.1 rampdown policy page (http://wiki.eclipse.org/DTP_1.6.1_Schedule_and_Rampdown_Policy).

This ensures that we get a final build by Friday, Shanghai time and can flow into the final EPP package build on Monday, September 22.

Thanks for your attention.
