Unfortunately that's not supported in
SQL Dev Tools now. One possible approach is to add new API in SQLEditorService
to enable a customized SQLSourceViewerConfiguration
to be used in SQLEditor. Please open a bug for this problem, thanks!

We would like to extend the SQL Content Formatter
to provide a different formatting strategy than the standard SQLWordStrategy
where reserved words are converted to upper case.
Is there an extension point for this?
