The changes for the defects listed below
have been delivered.  MySQL and Sybase enablement have been updated
to adopt the new API changes.

The following defects represent changes
to public API in the connectivity sub-project that will require adopter
code changes.  The first three defects bring existing APIs up to the
level of WTP 1.5.5.  The last defect is new functionality.  The
review of these changes will be open through October 31st (or longer if
needed.)  Please add your comments directly to the defects.
