[dtp-dev] plugin.properties file missing for org.eclipse.datatools.connectivity.derby.ui plug-in

I noticed the plugin.properties file is missing from the org.eclipse.datatools.connectivity.derby.ui plug-in in the DTP distribution from last night. However, the build.properties file for the plug-in is including the file. Anybody have any ideas?
