[dtp-dev] Fw: DTP 1.5RC3 
DTP 1.5RC3 is complete.

So, the 1.5RC3 target milestone is now obsolete, and any remaining work
planned for DTP 1.5 should have either a 1.5RC4 or (in rare cases) 1.5
target milestones.
