[dtp-dev] DTP build environment update

With the availability of EMF 2.3 M7 today, the DTP 1.5 _target platform_ is
now:

* Eclipse 3.3M7
* EMF 2.3M7
* GEF 3.3 M7

Note that this is the _target_  not the _development_ platform. Please
refer to
<http://wiki.eclipse.org/index.php/DTP_1.5_Development_Environment> for
details, and feel free to ask any questions.
