[dtp-dev] 1.0 Readiness - Connectivity Project

Hey all,

I've taken the liberty of creating a number of number of BZ entries for
tracking the 1.0 readiness of the connectivity project.  Entry 162251 is
the top level entry for all of these tasks (
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=162251).  From there you can
track all items required to satisfy the readiness requirements for 1.0.

Currently, I've created entries identifying the public API for each project
within connectivity.  Some of these contain detailed descriptions of the
proposed API, while others may require action by the plugin owner to
specify/verify the proposed API.  Please review these entries to make sure
your favorite API will be publicly accessible.

I will be creating more entries for tracking the completion of
documentation and unit tests for all proposed API.  Hopefully, this will
ensure that no "check boxes" have been missed regarding 1.0 readiness.

There is one exception of note, I have deferred declaration of public API
for the org.eclipse.datatools.connectivity.sqm.server.ui project until
after 1.0.  My rationale is that there are a number of design issues that
should be addressed regarding the extensibility of the viewer content and
label providers and I don't believe there is enough time left in the 1.0
development cycle to address them.

I will also be creating entries for each of the other 1.0 readiness items
listed on the wiki page as necessary (e.g. plugin jarring, etc.).
