I'm working on a fix for this.

The problem is related to how the entries in the list are populated.  Only
direct children of the specified driver category are included.  I'm
modifying this to include drivers contained within subcategories as well.

Until the fix is in place, you will only be able to use generic jdbc driver
definitions with the generic SQL model connection profile.
